Our customer-friendly approach has brought us enthusiastic references, which we would like to share:
ArcelorMittal on the work of JKP’ers Sjaak Bosman and Sjaak van Dorp:
“To support our OpenVMS park two JKP employees support us with the management of the Alpha and Integrity servers and also with the maintenance and management of OracleRDB. Both are external JKP consultants who integrate seamlessly with the rest of the team. Sjaak and Sjaak also provide support to developers and together they manage critical applications for the various installations in the plant.
ArcelorMittal Gent has written additional management software on top of the standard toolset. This makes the support easier, provided that new team members are well trained and, of course, are supported by the rest of the group.
Of course, OpenVMS is not new, and finding staff that still has the necessary skill-set is not easy. JKP brought us the needed expertise with Sjaak and Sjaak.’

OpenVMS supports key business applications of DICTU. The OpenVMS systems will be gradually phased out in the coming time period. For DICTU it is especially important that this legacy technology continues to run at a high level in the meantime. In addition, its continuity, stability and reliability are important aspects for DICTU. The transfer of support to SLTN Inter Access and JKP needed to be transparent and without disruption to end users. “And these goals have absolutely been achieved,” says Anne-Martijn Reemeijer, Former Team Lead Operating Systems, Infrastructure Division at DICTU.
“DICTU wanted to be care-free for the support, maintenance and dismantling of the OpenVMS system. As a result of this agreement – whereby we outsource the management of the supporting processes to SLTN Inter Access and the JKP Consulting Group – we can concentrate on our core business and improve our service to end users. We have herein made a good choice and are satisfied with the contribution of SLTN Inter Access and JKP.”
